The Greatest Play In The History Of The World

We spotlight a gala performance of Ian Kershaw’s The Greatest Play In The History Of The World at The Royal Exchange in Manchester, performed by Julie Hesmondhalgh and directed by Raz Shaw. The play has already garnered much attention at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe, and looks set to have a long life in the years ahead – a play about life and love and time.

The performance on 26.09.18 was in honour of Tommy Stott, a local resident who helped raise over £25,000 for cancer charities, before he died of the disease.
